Grocery planning, not prepared meals

Confirmation and ordering
Review foods, quantities, ingredients, allergens and substitutions before confirming a list. Confirmation only confirms your planning choices. NRTRE currently has no connected retailer checkout: it does not place, pay for, preorder or schedule grocery orders. A preferred delivery date is not a reserved slot. Walmart is a suggested retailer name, not a claim of partnership.
Prices and delivery
NRTRE food costs are estimates, not retailer prices. The retailer determines actual availability, pack sizes, prices, substitutions, fees, taxes, service coverage and available delivery slots. Review and accept those details in the retailer’s checkout. Any future connected ordering must require customer approval before purchase.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
NRTRE does not collect grocery payments or issue refunds for purchases made directly with independent retailers. Retailer cancellation, return and refund policies and mandatory consumer rights apply. NRTRE cannot override those rights with a blanket no-refund rule. For missing, damaged, unsafe or incorrect groceries, contact the retailer using your order reference. Do not consume food that appears spoiled or unsafe.
Your plan and privacy
Grocery planning is part of NRTRE’s free plan; the automatic shopping cart and recipe matching are part of NRTRE Premium. Grocery purchases do not include, renew or change an NRTRE Premium subscription. See the separate subscription terms and subscription refund policy. Grocery page entries and your shopping list stay on your device and are not saved to your account; Premium “usual items” and “my pantry” foods are saved to your account. The automatic cart only prepares a list with estimated prices; it never places or pays for an order. Lists discussed with Cal are stored as conversation history under the privacy notice. Retailers process information you supply to them under their own notices.
Approval and future ordering
Cameron Austin has approved these terms for the current grocery-planning service. This approval does not enable retailer checkout or authorize NRTRE to collect grocery payments. Connected ordering will require an approved retailer connection and updated terms describing actual ordering, fulfillment and refund arrangements. Future prepared-meal sales would require separate pricing, fulfillment, food-safety and refund terms.
